In the end there was just one survivor. In addition to the death of a popular pastor, majority of the passengers were high school students from Loyola Jesuit College. During this period of time 2 years ago, there seemed to be a number of airplane crashes, this being one of the most devasting with the most young casualties. My uncle, who was the pilot, also died. The most popularly speculated and accurate reason for these crashes was the poor conditions of the planes that were flying. A number of them were out-of-date, old, and failing in one respect or another. After these incidents the general mood was one of anger and hostility towards the aviation sector as people buried children, friends, and parents; and many feared flying. It is sad that 2 years after this incident compensation still has not been paid to these families. As a token of regret and apology I feel those involved should have made it their duty to pay their legal dues, and lack of payment seems to signify neglect and failure to follow due process once again in Nigeria.zenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18007248300444097018noreply@blogger.com
